WEST BOYLSTON, Mass., Oct. 29, 2026 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) — American Stallion, a men’s performance and health company founded by former U.S. Navy SEAL Steven Migridichian, today announced its October 2026 expansion into physician-led telehealth and performance medicine. The expansion brings individualized medical services alongside the company’s established fitness, nutrition, and lifestyle coaching programs.

The launch marks a new phase for American Stallion as it builds a broader platform connecting performance coaching with men’s health, medical weight management, hormone and metabolic health, diagnostics, and long-term health planning. Its telehealth services are intended to serve eligible clients across the United States, with availability subject to applicable state medical and telehealth regulations.
Alongside the rollout, American Stallion is developing its Performance Headquarters in West Boylston, Massachusetts. The location is intended to serve as a physical home base for the company’s growing coaching and health operations, with additional services and capabilities planned throughout late 2026 and into 2027.
“American Stallion isn’t here to build another fitness company. We’re here to rebuild the American man,” said Steven Migridichian, Founder and CEO of American Stallion. “My vision is to create the place I believe every man should have access to—where elite coaching, modern medicine, performance, recovery, and longevity operate under one standard.”
According to the company, the expansion grew out of recurring conversations with coaching clients who wanted support beyond training and nutrition. Questions about energy, recovery, body composition, hormones, and metabolic health helped shape the decision to incorporate physician-led services into the American Stallion model.
The expanded offering is designed to give clients access to coaching and medical care within the same brand, while preserving the role of licensed medical professionals in clinical decisions. Medical services are individualized and subject to clinical evaluation and eligibility. The company’s coaching programs continue to focus on fitness, nutrition, lifestyle habits, and accountability.

American Stallion
American Stallion reports that it has served more than 1,000 men through its coaching, nutrition, and performance programs. Built by Migridichian alongside longtime childhood friends, the organization has grown to include performance coaches, several with U.S. Special Operations backgrounds, as well as medical professionals and healthcare partners supporting its telehealth expansion.
Migridichian’s approach draws on nearly a decade of service as a U.S. Navy SEAL and his subsequent work coaching men in fitness and performance. The company serves men including entrepreneurs, executives, fathers, professionals, veterans, and first responders, with an emphasis on building habits that support their personal and professional responsibilities.
American Stallion’s broader development plans encompass recovery, longevity, and aesthetics as it builds out its performance and health platform. The October telehealth launch and continued development of the Massachusetts headquarters are central to that next phase.
