CHARLOTTE, N.C., Oct. 27, 2026 /PRNewswire/ — Mattamy Homes, North America’s largest family-owned homebuilder, recently celebrated the grand opening of two new single-family model homes at Bratton Pointe in Rock Hill, South Carolina, building on the successful opening of two townhome model homes earlier this year.

Prospective homebuyers can choose from two two-story townhome designs as well as eight single-family floor plans, with townhomes starting in the mid-$300s and single-family homes starting in the mid-$400s.

Four model homes are available for touring:

• Grifton – a three bed, two-and-a-half bath townhome offering 1,767 sq. ft. of living space and a two-car garage
• Shelby – a three bed, two-and-a-half bath townhome offering 1,776 to 1,783 sq. ft. of living space and a two-car garage 
• Lucie – a three bed, two-and-a-half bath single-family home offering 1, 621 sq. ft. of living space and a two-car garage
• Winthrop – a three bed, two-and-a-half bath single-family home offering 2,592 to 2,618 sq. ft. of living space and a two-car garage

Upon completion, the community will feature 79 townhomes, and 94 single-family homes, with 18 additional floorplans on larger homesites planned for a future phase.
