GenNx360 Capital Partners (“GenNx360”), a New York City-based private equity firm investing in U.S. lower middle market industrial services and business services companies, today announced the appointment of Nicole Vipperman as Chief Compliance Officer. Nicole brings more than two decades of asset management and regulatory compliance experience to GenNx360 and will oversee the firm’s compliance strategy and operations, including regulatory readiness, compliance monitoring, recordkeeping and oversight, while working with deal and operating teams across the portfolio.

Nicole spent the last decade serving as Chief Compliance Officer at several registered investment advisors, including TGM Associates, Capitala Group, and Hollencrest Capital Management, where she led and strengthened comprehensive compliance programs and oversaw regulatory obligations across private fund platforms. Earlier in her career, Nicole held senior compliance roles at PIMCO, HSBC, and Brookfield Investment Management.
