Grindal and Wortley join Joulent following distinguished careers at Cheniere Energy, Inc. (“Cheniere”) (NYSE: LNG), a leading producer and exporter of LNG in the United States. Grindal most recently served as Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer, where he led Operations, Engineering and Construction, Shared Services and Worldwide Trading functions with a focus on strengthening the company’s reliability, scalability and commercial performance. Wortley served as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer, responsible for maximizing the value of the company’s asset portfolio while advancing innovative financing strategies, as well as raising and overseeing the deployment of approximately $50 billion in capital.
