The Fredericksburg store will open with a team of approximately 50 associates and is led by Sam Shatzoff, the store’s Chief Executive Merchant.

Floor & Decor operates more than 280 warehouse-format stores and five design studios nationwide and offers a broad assortment of in-stock hard-surface flooring, including tile, wood, laminate, vinyl, and natural stone, along with decorative accessories and wall tile, installation materials, and related categories at everyday low prices.

Fredericksburg will debut Floor & Decor’s 30-Day Grand Opening Celebration, kicking off on Thursday, October 1, 2026, with daily deals, giveaways, vendor demonstrations, and special events running through Friday October 30, 2026.

Ribbon Cutting Ceremony

Floor & Decor will host a Ribbon Cutting Ceremony on Thursday, October 1 at 10 a.m. ET, in partnership with the Fredericksburg Regional Chamber of Commerce. The Fire Escape food truck will be on site offering free food from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. ET.
